Using the module and reports

Reminders are sent automatically. In the admin you follow the results and can step in.

The Success rate (Úspešnosť) panel shows for the last 30 days the sent e-mails and completed orders.

The History (História) panel shows:

• sent and failed e-mails,
• the reason for the error on failure,
• the coupon status (created, used, deleted),
• the order that came from the cart.

Times are shown in the browser’s time zone.

• Send again: tries a failed cart once more.
• Send now: starts sending immediately (without waiting for cron).

Under Orders → Shopping carts a Reminder (Pripomienka) column appears with the date of the sent e-mail.

On the dashboard an Abandoned carts widget appears with data for the period chosen on the dashboard:

• the number of reminders,
• completed orders,
• the success rate,
• revenue,
• used coupons and the value of discounts.

The Unsubscribed from reminders (Odhlásení z pripomienok) panel shows the addresses that unsubscribed. Each has an Allow again button that puts it back into sending.

Uninstalling does not delete the history.
