WEB Vision – Review request by e-mail

After an order is delivered, the module sends the customer an e-mail with links to review each product. It helps you get more reviews from customers who have already received the goods.

• After the chosen order status is reached (e.g. Delivered) and the set number of days passes, it sends the customer an e-mail with a Write a review button for each product.
• The link opens the product page and the review form right away. If anonymous reviews are off, a customer who is not logged in logs in first.
• The e-mail is in the language of the order (Slovak, Czech, English) with the shop’s logo. You set your own subject and text for each language.
• You can leave out customer groups, categories and products.
• It limits frequency: a customer who recently received a request does not get another. Products already reviewed are not listed.
• In the admin you see the history of sent and failed e-mails.

• PrestaShop 1.7.6 to 9.x, PHP 7.1 or newer.
• An installed review module (by default Product Comments).
• Cron (a scheduled task on the server) once an hour or once a day.
• A valid license (the .lic file is in the downloaded package).
