WEB Vision – ClaimFoxy
The module connects your shop to the ClaimFoxy service for returns and complaints. ClaimFoxy opens right in the PrestaShop admin, under Orders, without another login.
What the module does
Section titled “What the module does”- Opens ClaimFoxy under Orders. A ClaimFoxy tab with the service’s dashboard appears in the admin.
- Logs you in automatically. You do not need to enter another name and password.
- In the header it shows the number of new cases and overdue cases.
- The API key is stored encrypted and never shown back.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- PrestaShop 1.7.6 to 9.x, PHP 7.1 or newer.
- The PHP extension cURL and an outgoing connection of the server to
claimfoxy.eu. - A ClaimFoxy account and an API key from its settings.
- A valid license (the
.licfile is in the downloaded package).
