The bar does not appear

Check:

Is the license valid and the module enabled?
Are the places (cart, mini cart, product, bar) turned on?
Is there a rule for the customer’s group, currency and country? If not, turn on the fallback to PrestaShop’s threshold.
Is the cart not virtual (virtual products only)? The bar is not shown then.
Is the bar hidden because the threshold is already reached and Show after reaching the threshold is not on?

Colors do not match the theme

Set them in the Appearance section, or use custom CSS. A color you do not set is taken from the theme.

The bar does not refresh after the cart changes

The theme does not call PrestaShop’s standard cart events. The bar refreshes after the page loads.

Neither the admin nor the shop works after an update

If an update fails, it usually rolls back by itself. If it did not, the original version is saved in this folder:

modules/.mvkit/backup/mv_freeshipping@<version>

Rename the modules/mv_freeshipping folder (e.g. to mv_freeshipping_new) and rename the backup folder to mv_freeshipping. The settings remained in the database.

If you cannot solve a problem, write to support via the contact page and include:

the module version (shown in the License panel) and the PrestaShop version,
the exact error text (ideally a screenshot),
a description of what you did and what you expected,
the address of your shop.

Support and updates are included for the first 12 months after purchase.
