Troubleshooting

Check:

  1. Is the license valid and the module enabled?
  2. Does the rule match the customer’s group, currency and country?
  3. Is the cart value really below the minimum? Look at the VAT and coupon settings too.

The minimum is different from what you expect

Section titled “The minimum is different from what you expect”

The rule with the most conditions applies (a country weighs more); when tied, the higher priority. Check:

  • whether the rule compares the amount with or without VAT,
  • the coupon deduction setting,
  • excluded products and categories.

Edit the message text in the settings for the given language.

The module blocks only the path through the cart and checkout. Orders created in the admin are not blocked.

Neither the admin nor the shop works after an update

Section titled “Neither the admin nor the shop works after an update”

If an update fails, it usually rolls back by itself. If it did not, the original version is saved in this folder:

modules/.mvkit/backup/mv_minorder@<version>

Rename the modules/mv_minorder folder (e.g. to mv_minorder_new) and rename the backup folder to mv_minorder. The settings remained in the database.

If you cannot solve a problem, write to support via the contact page and include:

  • the module version (shown in the License panel) and the PrestaShop version,
  • the exact error text (ideally a screenshot),
  • a description of what you did and what you expected,
  • the address of your shop.

Support and updates are included for the first 12 months after purchase.
