Module settings
Open the settings via Modules → Module Manager → WEB Vision Peppol → Configure. At the top is the Setup status panel showing what is still missing, and below it the tabs:
1. Connection · 2. Company · 3. Payments · 4. Sending · Advanced (Pokročilé)
A tab with missing data is marked with a red dot. An ordinary shop that invoices in PrestaShop does not need to change anything on the Advanced tab.
1. Connection
Section titled “1. Connection”| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Send e-invoices | Main switch. When off, nothing is sent. |
| Provider (digital postman) | The company through which e-invoices go out. Verteco has full support. Further providers are in the list (see Providers). Other provider (SAPI-SK standard) is for providers with the same interface. You enter their address (URL) and access data. |
| Environment | Test: trial operation, documents are not delivered to real customers. Live: documents really go out. Each environment has its own access data. |
| Client ID and API key | Access data from the provider’s portal. The API key is stored encrypted and is not displayed. Fill in the field only when changing it. |
The Save and test connection button checks the access. The result is shown at the top. See also Troubleshooting.
Providers
Section titled “Providers”You choose the provider on tab 1. Only its fields are shown under the choice. Every document remembers which provider it went through, so statuses and PDFs are taken from the right provider even after you change it.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Verteco | Full integration: sending, validation, delivery and FS report statuses, PDF, checking in the network, loading company data. |
| ePošťák (SAPI-SK) | Sending and the delivery and FS report status. The company must choose ePošťák as the sending provider in the Financial Administration portal. |
| Fakturix (SAPI-SK) | Sending and the delivery and FS report status. |
| Dativery Peppoš (SAPI-SK) | Sending and the delivery and FS report status. The sender must be fully verified in Peppoš. |
| eFakturuj (SAPI-SK) | Sending and the delivery and FS report status. The test environment is closed and does not really deliver documents. |
| eFaktúra.sk (SAPI-SK) | Sending to the provider’s prefilled address. The provider issues no delivery or FS report status. |
| Flowis and its intermediaries (SAPI-SK) | Sending to a prefilled test address; you enter the live address as the provider specifies. The provider issues no delivery or FS report status. |
| DigitalPostman (SAPI-SK) | Sending to the provider’s prefilled addresses (test and live). The provider issues no delivery or FS report status. |
| Other provider (SAPI-SK standard) | Sending: just enter the URL of its SAPI and access data. It shows validation and delivery status only if the provider issues them. |
For providers that do not issue a delivery or FS report status, you will not see these on the document.
2. Company
Section titled “2. Company”Data of your business, shown on the e-invoice as the supplier. They are loaded from the provider’s portal when you first save the access data. The Load from provider’s portal button loads them again, for example after a change in the portal.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| I am a VAT payer | Turn off if you are not a VAT payer. Documents then go out without VAT. |
| Company name, company ID, tax ID | Data as in the register. |
| VAT ID | Only for VAT payers, in the form SK1234567890. If missing, the module fills it in from the tax ID. |
| Street and number, ZIP, City, Country | Registered office. A complete address is required. Country as an ISO code (SK). |
| Peppol ID | Your identifier in the Peppol network in the form 0245:taxID, e.g. 0245:1234567890. It is usually loaded automatically. |
| Contact e-mail, Phone | Optional. |
| Register entry | Optional, e.g. “Registered in the Trade Register of … no. 123-45678”. |
If your provider account has several companies, the module uses the first one. To pick another, enter its company ID and load again.
3. Payments
Section titled “3. Payments”Determines how payment is shown on the e-invoice.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| IBAN | Account for payment by transfer. Required if some customers pay by transfer. The module checks that the IBAN is valid. |
| BIC/SWIFT | Optional. |
| Due date (days) | Number of days to maturity for orders paid by transfer after delivery. |
| Card / gateway payments | Mark the payment modules where the customer pays in advance (GoPay, Stripe, ComGate…). The invoice is marked as paid, the amount due is 0. Hold Ctrl (Cmd) to select several. |
| Cash on delivery | Cash-on-delivery payment modules. The invoice is marked as payment on delivery. |
| Paid order = paid invoice | If the order is already in a “paid” status when sent (e.g. the transfer arrived in advance), the invoice is marked as paid. |
| Bank transfer payment method | Code of the payment method on the e-invoice. The default (58 – SEPA transfer) is right for most shops. |
| Variable symbol | Invoice number (default), order ID, or none. |
4. Sending
Section titled “4. Sending”Determines when a document is sent.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Send when the invoice is issued | Recommended. The invoice and e-invoice then have the same date. |
| Send at order status | In addition to, or instead of, invoice issue. Choose statuses (e.g. “Delivered”). A document is never sent twice. |
| Send e-credit notes | Turns on sending of credit notes. |
| Send credit notes automatically | The credit note goes to the network right after it is created in PrestaShop. If off, you send it with the button in the order detail. |
| Send delay (minutes) | 0 = send immediately. E.g. 120 = the document waits 2 hours, during which you can hold it in the order and check it. Requires cron. |
| When delayed, send by the latest at | Time as HH:MM (default 23:30). The document always goes out on the day of issue, so the date on the PDF invoice and the e-invoice is the same. |
| Also send to customers outside Peppol | Recommended on. If the customer is not in the Peppol network, the document is still handed to the provider. Whether and how they report it to the Financial Administration, check with your provider. Send the document to the customer another way as well (e.g. XML by e-mail). |
| Write the result into order messages | Adds a message about the result to the order for every document. Useful for an overview. |
Advanced
Section titled “Advanced”You do not need to change anything here until you have a specific reason. For completeness:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invoice number from | By default the invoice number from PrestaShop. Alternatives: the order reference or a custom SQL query (for another invoicing system). |
| Issue date | Day of sending (recommended) or the invoice date in PrestaShop. |
| Credit note number from | By default the PrestaShop credit note prefix + its ID. |
| SQL for invoice / credit note | Only for “Custom SQL”. Have a developer set these fields. |
| Note on the document | Optional text on the e-invoice. You can use {order} and {number}. |
| Field with the customer’s company ID / tax ID / Peppol ID | Where the module takes customer data from. The company ID is read by default from the DNI (identification number) field of the address. If the tax ID field is empty, the tax ID is taken from the VAT ID. You only need to fill in the Peppol ID for customers abroad. |
| Domestic 0 % rate | How an item with a zero VAT rate is marked: exempt (E), reverse charge (AE) or zero rate (Z). |
| Exemption reason | Text shown for exempt items. |
| Unit, Unit mapping | Converts units from PrestaShop (pcs, kg, l…) to the codes the e-invoice requires. The default is pieces. |
| Show product code | Adds the item’s code (SKU). |
| Shipping / wrapping / discount name | Texts under which these items appear on the e-invoice. |
| Processing | Immediately in the background + cron (recommended) or cron only. With “cron only”, nothing is sent without cron. |
| Validate with the provider before sending | Every document is first checked by the provider. Safer but slower. |
| Max. number of attempts | How many times the module tries to send a document on a temporary error (default 6). |
| Rounding tolerance (€) | The largest difference between the e-invoice total and the PrestaShop total (default €0.05) still treated as rounding. A larger difference blocks the document. |
Cron and license
Section titled “Cron and license”At the top and bottom of the settings you will find:
- Cron: the address to call, the time of the last run, and the option to generate a new token (the old address then stops working).
- License: the status and the option to upload a new
.licfile.
