Document statuses

For each document you see up to three pieces of information: the status in the module, the delivery status and the status of the report to the Financial Administration.

Shows which phase the document is in on your shop’s side.

Status Meaning What to do
Waiting (Čaká) The document is in the queue and waits to be sent (immediately or at the set time). Nothing. It goes out by itself.
Sending (Odosiela sa) It is being sent right now. Wait a moment.
Sent (Odoslané) The provider has accepted the document. Follow the delivery (below).
Retrying (Opakuje sa) Sending failed for a temporary reason (outage, overload). The module will try again. Usually nothing. Check the time of the next attempt.
Error (Chyba) The document was not sent. The cause is in the message next to the document. Fix the cause and send the document again. See Troubleshooting.
Not sent (Neposiela sa) The document is intentionally not sent (e.g. a customer without a tax ID, a foreign customer without a Peppol ID). Usually nothing. Check that it is as intended.
Held (Pozdržané) You held the document manually, or the module held it because something does not add up (e.g. a company without a DIČ). It will not go out by itself. The reason is shown with the document. Check it, correct the data and send it with the Send button. See Company data and checks.

Shows what is happening to the document in the Peppol network. It is updated when cron runs, so it may appear with a delay.
