History and how it works

Requests are sent automatically. In the admin you follow the results and can step in.

The History (História) panel shows:

• sent and failed e-mails,
• the error message on failure.

Times are shown in the browser’s time zone.

• Send again: tries a failed e-mail once more.
• Send now: starts sending immediately (without waiting for cron).

1. An e-mail in the order’s language with the shop’s logo and an overview of products.
2. For each product a Write a review button.
3. After a click the product page opens with the review form right away.
4. If anonymous reviews are off, a customer who is not logged in logs in first.

The customer writes the review in the review module your shop uses. This module does not store reviews.

By default the module works with PrestaShop’s Product Comments module. If you use another review module:

1. In the advanced settings choose Other review module.
2. Enter the anchor (button) of the form that opens the review form on the product page.
