Module settings

Open the settings via Modules → Module Manager → WEB Vision – Žiadosť o recenzie e-mailom → Settings.

If you run several shops (multistore), the settings are saved for the shop selected in the admin header. Settings saved for “all shops” apply to shops that have no settings of their own.

Field	Meaning
Order statuses	At which statuses a request is prepared (e.g. Delivered).
Number of days to wait	How many days after the status is reached the request is sent.
Do not ask customer groups	Groups that do not get requests (e.g. wholesale).
E-mail text	Your own subject and text for each language. You can use the variables {firstname}, {lastname}, {order_reference}, {shop_name}. Empty = the default text. The shop’s logo is inserted automatically.

• At most one e-mail per X days per customer.
• Oldest order: how far back the module takes orders into account.
• At most this many products in the e-mail.
• Excluded categories and products: they will not be in the e-mail.
• Choice of review module: by default Product Comments. For another module choose Other review module and enter the anchor (button) of the form.

Set the address from the Sending panel up on the server to run once an hour or once a day.

• Cron goes through orders that reached the chosen status at least N days ago and are not older than the limit.
• Each order gets a request at most once. A failed send is tried again, at most 3 times.
• A customer who received a request less than X days ago does not get another.
• Products in excluded categories, or already reviewed by the customer, are not listed in the e-mail.
• The e-mail is in the order’s language (sk, cs, en). Another language gets English.
