Troubleshooting

  1. Check that the module is on and the license valid.
  2. Check that the company ID field in the settings matches the form field (the name attribute).
  3. If you have a one-page checkout from another module, turn on All pages.
  4. After changing the settings clear the cache of PrestaShop and the browser.

The button is there, but the field is not filled in

Section titled “The button is there, but the field is not filled in”

The field name in the settings does not match the form. Try a CSS selector.

The server could not reach api.orsf.sk. Check the outgoing connection (curl, HTTPS) and Tools → Logs (records start with [mv_orsr]).

The customer had the page open for a long time, or a cache served it. Just refresh it. With your own page caching, exclude checkout from the cache.

The customer exceeded the limit (10 loads or 20 searches per minute). Waiting a moment is enough.

Check:

  • is the Way of filling in set to the company name,
  • is the Company name field set,
  • does the name have at least 5 characters.

The register covers Slovak companies. With a Czech or other company ID the customer gets a message that the company was not found.

Neither the admin nor the shop works after an update

Section titled “Neither the admin nor the shop works after an update”

If an update fails, it usually rolls back by itself. If it did not, the original version is saved in this folder:

modules/.mvkit/backup/mv_orsr@<version>

Rename the modules/mv_orsr folder (e.g. to mv_orsr_new) and rename the backup folder to mv_orsr. The settings remained in the database.

If you cannot solve a problem, write to support via the contact page and include:

  • the module version (shown in the License panel) and the PrestaShop version,
  • the exact error text (ideally a screenshot),
  • a description of what you did and what you expected,
  • the address of your shop.

Support and updates are included for the first 12 months after purchase.
