WEB Vision – Comgate payment gateway

The module adds payment via the Comgate payment gateway to your shop: payments by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It also includes refunds directly from the order.

  • Offers payment via Comgate at checkout (you set the name and description). You can limit it to chosen carriers.
  • The customer pays as you set it up: by redirect to the Comgate gateway, in a gateway window above the shop (inline), or via the Checkout SDK (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay right on the page). See Gateway display methods.
  • It always verifies the payment result directly with Comgate (when the customer returns, from a notification and by cron) and never relies on the browser.
  • A paid order moves to the status you chose and the transaction number is stored with the order’s payment.
  • The customer pays an unpaid order again with the Pay order button in the order confirmation and in the order detail in My account.
  • For an unfinished payment the module sends the customer one e-mail with a payment link.
  • Refunds (full and partial) right in the order detail, with a history.
  • Pre-authorization of a card payment (optional): the amount is blocked on the card and you capture or release it in the order.
  • Shows the logos of Comgate, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay in the footer and provides text for your terms and conditions.
  • A test mode with the option to show the payment only to chosen IP addresses.
  • PrestaShop 1.7.6 to 9.x, PHP 7.1 or newer with the curl extension.
  • A Comgate account (Client Portal) and the shop connection data: the shop ID and password.
  • A shop currency of EUR, CZK, PLN, HUF, USD, GBP, RON, NOK or SEK.
  • Cron (a scheduled task on the server) about every 15 minutes. The procedure is in the guide How to set up cron.
  • For the Checkout SDK: enabling in Comgate (on request), for Apple Pay domain verification, and for Google Pay the Merchant ID.
  • A valid license (the .lic file is in the downloaded package).
