Adding and managing attachments

Open the settings via Modules → Module Manager → WEB Vision – Prílohy v e-mailoch → Configure.

If you run several shops (multistore), the settings are saved for the shop selected in the admin header. Settings saved for “all shops” apply to shops that have no settings of their own.

In the New attachment section you fill in:

Field Meaning
E-mail template The e-mail the attachment is added to (e.g. Order confirmation (order_conf)). The module reads the list of templates from PrestaShop, the theme and installed modules.
File The uploaded file. Allowed: PDF, ZIP, RAR, TXT, CSV, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ODT, ODS, PNG, JPG, GIF, at most 5 MB.
Attachment name An optional name under which the attachment arrives in the e-mail. The extension is added automatically.
Language The e-mail language, or All languages. The e-mail goes out in the customer’s language.
Shop With multistore, a shop or all shops.

After saving, the attachment is added to every e-mail of the chosen template. The file you upload is stored under a random name in a protected folder and cannot be downloaded by a direct address.

The Attachments (Prílohy) list shows for each attachment: the template, name, size, language, shop and status.

  • Status (click): turns the attachment on or off without deleting it.
  • Edit: replaces the file or changes the settings (template, language, shop).
  • If the list says “file is missing” (súbor chýba), the file was deleted (e.g. when moving the shop). Click Edit and upload it again.
  • For every e-mail, the module finds the enabled attachments for that template, language and shop and adds them to the e-mail.
  • Attachments added by PrestaShop (e.g. the invoice) stay. Yours are added to them.
  • The template is looked up by name (e.g. order_conf, new_order).
